Pernand-Vergelesses 1er Cru "Les Vergelesses" 2004, Rollin Pere et Fils

Full cherry colour. Deep black fruit nose, blackberry, cassis, ripe strawberry. Big tannins and fresh acidity. Filled with black fruit flavour and red berries. Exhibits the minerality of the Pernand terroir and has a dry finish. Needs 2 years to spread its wings. Main difference with a Pernand village wine is the better fruit ripeness. Tasted at the domaine.
