Chablis 1er Cru "Beauroy" 2006, Laurent Tribut

Initial aromas of water meadow, lilly pond and dandelion hinting towards Monnet's garden in Giverny. Evolves to dandelion, parsely and daisies. Relatively light bodied, pleasant arrière bouche, decent minerality and already accessible. Will be tasting well from 2009 but could keep until 2012 and offer more elegance and minerals. Tasted at the Justerini & Brooks Burgundy 2006 tasting in the Institute of Civil Engineers.
