Puligny-Montrachet 2006, Etienne Sauzet

The Etienne Sauzet domaine is one of the great white Burgundy producers and in true Burgundian fashion the domaine's vineyards cover just 10 hectares. First nose creamy, delicate and not expressing very much at the moment. But pleasant overall. Good tight structure on the palate, very good balance and yellow stone fruit / lemon concentration. Furled up right now but promises very good drinking in 2 years time.
