Beaune 1er Cru "Les Teurons" 2009, Rossignol-Trapet

The domaine Rossignol-Trapet is based in Gevrey and among its many claims to fame has one of the largest parcelles in Le Chambertin. Since 1997 they have operated according to bio-dynamic methods. This Beaune 1er Cru 2009 has woody, oyster and raspberry aromas. A strange mix. Loganberry, sharp raspberry, fresh and fragrant on the palate. Seems a bit too dry.
