This was the first of the Amiot-Servelle reds tasted at the domaine in April 2010 as part of our investigation of whether we should rebuy from the domaine after being unhappy with the quality of the 2004s. This 2010 started on raspberry, ripe rhubarb. The vendanges started in late September and finished in early October. This wine is almost like ribena, strangely concentrated, linear, tight. Good finesse but a bit light. The style wanders across different styles. Scores 16-19 / 30 for a Morey.
