Saint-Aubin 1er Cru "Les Combes" 2015, Philippe Colin

There are a lot of Colins in Chassagne. Statement of fact. Not alternative fact. There are also Colins in St Aubin where this wine hails from. Apricots, satsuma and almonds on the nose. Very appealing from the outset. Nice length and delicious ripe tree fruit verging on canataloupe melon. To be drunk young and I am sure enjoyed by any imbiber. Uncomplicated and utterly delicious. Super value too. Tasted at the Justerini & Brooks annual Burgundy tasting. Scores 73-76/100.
