Central Otago Pinot Noir 2015, Rockburn

This is the benchmark pinot noir from the Rockburn winery in Cromwell. A cherry nose, plus plum, deep, slightly reserved. Lovely cherry fruit on the palate. Sweet on the mid-palate. Excellent texture. Ripe raspberry. Uplifting finish. Medium acidity. Minerality. Very much consistent with the style of other benchmark Central Otago wines.
